Craving a festive treat for St. Patrick's Day? This healthy vegan shamrock shake is your answer! It's tastes just like the classic McDonald's milkshake but healthier, and is minty, green, thick, and creamy!
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1-2 cups of ice
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, sprinkles, shaved chocolate, maraschino cherries
Optional Shake Add-Ins:
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except the ice to a high-speed blender and blend for one minute until smooth and creamy.
- Add one cup of ice and blend again for 30 seconds. If you want the shake to be a little thicker, add the remaining cup of ice and blend again for 30 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
