Description
These strawberry banana popsicles are the perfect blend of creamy and fruity! You need just 6 ingredients and then pop these in the freezer for a cool treat you’ll be making all summer long.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold, leaving a little room for the popsicles to expand.
- Place popsicle sticks in the center and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- When ready to serve, run the popsicles mold under warm water to remove the popsicles from the mold.
- Store in your freezer for up to 3 months!

For an even more indulgent treat, once the popsicles are frozen dip them in melted chocolate mixed with a teeny bit of melted coconut oil. Place them on a plate in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
To make your popsicles extra fancy, thinly slice a few strawberries and put them into the popsicle molds before pouring the mixture into the molds.
