Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Description

These strawberry banana popsicles are the perfect blend of creamy and fruity! You need just 6 ingredients and then pop these in the freezer for a cool treat you’ll be making all summer long.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold, leaving a little room for the popsicles to expand.
  3. Place popsicle sticks in the center and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  4. When ready to serve, run the popsicles mold under warm water to remove the popsicles from the mold.
  5. Store in your freezer for up to 3 months!

For an even more indulgent treat, once the popsicles are frozen dip them in melted chocolate mixed with a teeny bit of melted coconut oil. Place them on a plate in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

To make your popsicles extra fancy, thinly slice a few strawberries and put them into the popsicle molds before pouring the mixture into the molds.
