Description

A vegan tropical smoothie filled with strawberries, mangos, peaches, and pineapple. This is an easy breakfast idea or a perfect midday snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid or more frozen fruit depending on what type of consistency you like.
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

If your blender is having trouble blending, add a little more orange juice or coconut milk.
